CTR Catholic staff will develop a deeper understanding of:

• the co-responsibility of administrators and staff in maintaining and improving wellness

• the Eight Dimensions of Wellness and the Thirteen Factors for Addressing Mental Health in the Workplace

• the numerous benefits and resources available for all staff.

• the effective and responsive leadership decisions all staff make as we live the mission of our schools and school division.
