Faces of CTR - Staff Profile Series

Across CTR Catholic, there are people doing meaningful things every day - supporting a student who needs a little extra encouragement, quietly helping a colleague, strengthening a school community, leading with kindness, or simply showing up consistently in ways that make a difference.

We want to help tell their stories and we need your help to find them!

We are excited to invite all CTR staff to nominate colleagues for Faces of CTR, a staff-profile series that celebrates the people whose everyday work and contributions help make a difference.

What is Faces of CTR?

Faces of CTR is an ongoing series featured on our social media and website that shines a light on the people whose everyday work and contributions make a difference across CTR Catholic. It is an opportunity to recognize the incredible people across CTR and help our broader community get to know the individuals behind the work we do every day.

Who comes to mind?

Think about the people you work alongside. Is there someone whose contribution deserves to be noticed?

You can nominate a colleague from any CTR school, department or facility. This is open to all CTR staff!

It might be someone who:

• helps students feel known, supported and welcomed;
• makes a consistent positive difference;
• strengthens belonging and school culture;
• supports colleagues and builds teamwork;
• demonstrates kindness, leadership, service or initiative;
• lives out CTR Catholic's faith and values; or
• contributes in meaningful ways that may not always be publicly recognized.

The best nominations simply tell us what you've noticed. Share a specific example, moment or quality that helps us understand what makes this person a Face of CTR.

It’s easy to participate and a nomination only take a moment!

Select nominations will then be published on our social media channels, website and, with your permission, shared with our local media. Not every nomination will become a feature story, but each nomination helps us discover the people and stories worth celebrating across our division.

Faces of CTR is part of our broader Telling Our Story culture — noticing, recognizing and sharing the good that happens across CTR Catholic every day. By sharing these stories, we celebrate one another, strengthen our shared identity and help our broader community see what Catholic education looks like through the people who live our mission every day.
